All orders are generally processed within 3-7 working days if the product is in stock. This is due to the fact that some candles must be hand poured. We also hold some shipments during the summer because the heat causes the candles to melt.

Please note that the holidays can be a very busy time and can result in a package taking one or two extra days to arrive. If you are ordering for Holiday Fragrances it is generally best to place your orders before December 12th to insure timely arrival. In the event that your product is not in stock we will email you immediately and inform you of the expected delay. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to products during the shipping process. Please consult the proper shipping services for compensation.
