Canadian checks must say "Payable in US Funds" on the front of them, and International orders must use an International Money Order. Your order will be processed once we have received payment and the check has cleared.

Local Deliveries and/or Pickups:   This may include cash purchases, local pickups, and local deliveries which may result in a difference in cost, less of shipping. Do not click on "Finalize Order". Please contact our factory direct at (1-877-206-3739) to determine final payment and delivery details.

If you are submitting your order by Fax:
Do not click on "Finalize Order". After adding all the items you want to purchase print this page, then add your credit card information, shipping address, and phone number. Then fax the page to the following number, 585-436-3218. Your credit card information should include the card number and expiration date ( Members don't forget to enter your number after your name).

Additional Order Details:
Please note that it takes 3 to 7 days to process your order. Packages being shipped to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and US protectorate addresses are not included in FedEx Ground, FedEx 2day, or FedEx Express Saver. So, please choose the appropriate shipping method for your specific area.

- If you reside in an apartment building (inside the continental US) or on a military base, you must choose US Priority Mail as your shipping method.

- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico residents should choose "FedEx Ground ( Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)" from the shipping options.

- All shipments going to Canada must use FedEx Ground Canada.

- International customers must choose FedEx International Economy.

If you order from outside the US please note that any orders greater than $20 ( US) are subject to any tariffs, taxes, or customs fees applicable in your country. All International orders are also subject to a surcharge depending on the destination. If you order more than $50 ( US) you may be eligible for decreased shipping prices. Please email us for more information about this offer (International Orders Only).

Should you choose the wrong shipping method we will automatically correct it and you will be charged for appropriate method. If you have any questions or concerns please send an email to DrewService@Drewcandle.com.

Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Drew Candle purchase.

If for any reason you receive a defective or damaged item, Drew Candle will gladly accept the item and either credit your account or exchange the item for an undamaged one immediately. We are not responsible for, and will not exchange products or credit an account if the product has been used improperly or has been damaged while in transit.

If you wish to return a non-defective item you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to us.

Once my order is placed on the web site, how long does it take to ship it?
All orders take 7 to 10 business days to fully process and manufacture if applicable. Please allow another 3 to 5 days for shipping.

How can I check the status of my order?
To inquire about your order status, tracking number or backorder, email us at DrewService@drewcandle.com. Please include your order number in the subject field of your email. You can also contact a Drew Candle Customer Service Representative at 1-877-206-3739.

How can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, call toll free 1-877-206-3739 and a customer service representative will assist you in tracking your order.

If I have tax-exempt status, how can I place an order on your web site?
Sales tax applies only to purchases made in New York State. Please contact a Drew Candle Customer Service Representatives toll free at 1-877-206-3739 for information on tax-exempt purchases. If you are tax exempt, we require a copy of your tax-exempt certificate on file.

If there are any problems with my order, will I be informed?
If there are any problems with your order, such as a backorder, or the credit card information was invalid, etc. you will receive an email or a phone call from a customer service representative.

If I placed an order on the web, can I change it?
If you place an order on the Drew Candle web site, it can be changed as long as we have not already processed the order for shipping. You can contact us toll free at 1-877-206-3739 or send an email to DrewService@DrewCandle.com. If you call, please have your order number available; if you email, please reference your order number in the subject field of your email.
